PAYMENT AND REFUND PROCESSING POLICY

1. General Provisions1.1. This Payment and Refund Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the procedure for accepting payments, debiting funds, and processing refunds when using the amiGO Car, amiGO Bike, and amiGO Park services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Balion Mobility, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").1.2. By using the Services, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Policy.1.3. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on the website and in the mobile app.2. Accepted Payment Methods2.1. Payment for Services is by bank transfer. The Company accepts the following payment methods:Visa and Mastercard bank cards;Mobile payment systems (MAIB, Paynet, MIA, and others available in the app);Other payment methods available in the mobile app.2.2. All payments are made in Moldovan lei (MDL), unless otherwise specified in the rates.2.3. The Company does not store Users' bank card details. Payment data is processed through certified payment providers in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.3. Billing Procedure3.1. The cost of services is calculated automatically based on the current rates posted in the mobile app and on the Company's website.3.2. When starting to use the Service, a preliminary amount may be blocked (held) on the User's card to confirm solvency. The hold amount is determined by the tariff and is released upon completion and final payment.3.3. The final debit is made automatically upon completion of the rental (trip, parking session) based on the actual time and/or distance used, according to the selected tariff.3.4. Fines and compensation stipulated by the Service Terms of Use are debited from the User's linked payment instrument automatically.3.5. If the User's card has insufficient funds, the Company reserves the right to attempt to debit the card again.4. Refund Policy4.1. Cases in Which Refunds Are Granted: The Company will refund the User in the following cases:erroneous or double debit due to the Company's fault;technical failure of the payment system, confirmed by the Company;Inability to use the Service due to reasons beyond the User's control (technical malfunction of the vehicle or equipment prior to the start of the trip);other cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.4.2. Cases in Which Refunds Are Not Provided. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:if the service was provided by the Company properly and the User voluntarily terminated the rental;if the charge was made in accordance with the current rates and the Terms of Use;if the User violated the Terms of Use of the Service;if the fine was assessed lawfully in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Service;if the refund request is submitted later than [_14_] calendar days from the date of the disputed charge.5. Refund Request Procedure: 5.1. To initiate a refund, the User must contact the Company's support service:by email: support@amigocar.md;via the feedback form in the mobile app.5.2. The request must include:the User's name and contact information;The date and amount of the disputed charge;a description of the circumstances that formed the basis for the appeal;screenshots or other supporting materials (if available).5.3. The Company will review the application within [_30_] business days of its receipt and notify the User of the decision.6. Refund Timeframe and Method6.1. If the decision is positive, the refund will be made to the payment instrument from which the charge was made.6.2. The funds will be credited within 3 to [_14_] business days, depending on the User's bank or payment system.6.3. Cash refunds are not available.7. Payment Security7.1. All transactions are processed through secure channels using SSL/TLS encryption.7.2. The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gain access to the User's payment information through their own fault.8.
