The amiGO bike app is very simple. When you first open it, you'll be shown brief instructions—you'll get the hang of it quickly.

Scan the QR code on the steering wheel by pressing the large button in the center of the main screen. If the QR code is unreadable, enter the name of the vehicle (4 letters/numbers) written below the QR code. If there's no vehicle nearby, find it on the map, approach it, and scan it. Then sit down, push off a couple of times, and press the GO trigger on the steering wheel.

Make sure your phone has mobile data and sufficient funds. If this still doesn't work, call 076 717 717 or write to support via the app.

You can reserve a ride for up to 30 minutes: the first 10 minutes are free, then 0.5 lei per minute. If the ride is not started within 30 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled. To reserve a ride, select it on the map and click "Book." To begin your ride, approach the ride and scan the QR code.

Yes, up to 5 vehicles at a time. After the trip begins, a "+1" symbol will appear on the first vehicle in the app—use it to add the next vehicle. The account owner is responsible for all rented vehicles.

You can't enter the building with the scooter, so there's a "PAUSE" button in the active ride window. Park the scooter away from the road and press it—the wheel will lock, and the scooter will wait for you. When you return, press the same button to resume. Even in paused mode, the rental time continues. Rate: 0.50 lei/minute.

Stay in the designated area. Ride on bike paths, dedicated public transport lanes, or no further than 1 meter from the curb. Dismount at pedestrian crossings.

No. Taking amiGO bikes on public transportation is prohibited. If you need to use a route, please park the bike and end your rental.

In some areas (parks, areas with high pedestrian traffic), the speed limit is automatically limited to 15 km/h. These zones are highlighted in blue on the map in the app.

Parking zones are marked in green on the map; these are the only places where you can finish your trip.

Drive to the parking zone and tap "End Trip." The app will ask you to take a photo of your vehicle. Failure to submit the photo or parking illegally (for example, on the road or near an entrance) may result in a fine.

Leave your vehicle in a safe, on-street parking spot. Charge your phone as soon as possible and end your trip. Notify support.: support@amiGObike.md — we will consider the possibility of recalculation.

It's likely within 20-50 meters. Tap the vehicle on the map and use the "Beep-Beep" button—the scooter will beep to make it easier to find.

Keep your vehicle away from pedestrians and cars. Contact customer support as soon as possible, report the issue, and send a photo of the vehicle via chat. We'll help you complete your rental and recalculate the cost if necessary.

The amiGO bike doesn't accelerate faster than 25 km/h. In restricted areas, the speed is automatically reduced to 15 km/h. When the battery is low, the bike switches to ECO mode, signaling it's time to find parking.

The app displays the estimated remaining range in kilometers. When the battery starts to run low, you'll receive a notification. When the battery is low, the vehicle will switch to ECO mode (up to 15 km/h), and when it's critically low, the engine will shut off.

The brake levers are located on the left and right handlebars. When pressed, two types of braking are activated: mechanical (disc) and electric (motor). The scooter's rear fender does not act as a brake—it should not be stepped on.

For a scooter – up to 100 kg. For a bicycle – up to 120 kg. Only one person can ride on each vehicle.

The bell is located on the left side of the steering wheel (ring or bell). The headlight turns on automatically in the evening, at night, and during the day, as needed.

The first minute includes the cost of the start and the first minute of the trip. All subsequent minutes are calculated based on the cost of the trip or break time only.

You can sign up for a subscription in the amiGO bike Pass section of the app. It's linked to your account and applies to all group rides on that account.

There's a dedicated toggle in the "amiGO Bike Pass Subscription" menu. You can disable auto-renewal at any time; your subscription will continue until the end of your paid period.

No. Rain makes the road slippery, moisture gets into your brakes, and increases stopping distance—which is dangerous for you and others.

The vehicle weighs over 35 kg and reaches speeds of up to 25 km/h—a child may not be able to control it. The service is only available to those aged 16 and above, as regulated by law.

The vehicle is not designed to support such a load and may break down while in motion. Riding alongside other vehicles may result in a fine. This is also a traffic violation.

The vehicle is constantly connected to GPS and a cloud platform. If theft is suspected, security personnel track the vehicle's location. Electronics can be remotely disabled.

An electric scooter is a personal vehicle with an electric motor of up to 500 watts. Persons aged 16 and older may operate it on public roads. Riding is permitted on bike paths, and if there are none, on roads with a speed limit of 50 km/h. Using a phone or headphones while riding is prohibited. Reflectors or a headlight are required at night.
